I have a 2009 forester and it has 167xxx miles on it.
Yesterday it started to spudder a small bit on take off occasionally. Not every time.
Today I'm driving it through town and I lightly kick down on it to get through light. It spudder, hesitated some and my CEL and anti skid light started flashing. After a couple hundred yards they went out. Occasionally it will still spudder on take off.
Any idea on whats going on?

If there is a fault recorded, at least an OBD II scan tool can access the history of the fault.

Yes it threw code P0302 yesterday which turns out to be a misfire on cylinder 2.
I just changed the spark plugs like 3 weeks ago.
I was looking at my spark plug boots and I swear it looks like the 2 front boots don't seal to the manifold like the 2 back boots do.

Are old / damaged boot particles stuck on the spark plugs?
The plugs match OEM and the ignition coils operate?
Fuel pressure is OEM specified?
