AGM or EFB Battery from 2019 Subaru Forester Sport

Hello,

I need to replace a battery for a 2019 Subaru Forester Sport and I have 2 choices: EFB or AGM. Is there a difference between them as it relates to performance of my vehicle or longevity of the battery? If yes, what is the difference?
