with the ignition off, either the parking lights flash or remain steady
depending on position of parking light switch ..it drained my battery
overnight. the switch will not allow the lights to go off. Any tips?

Check the switch on the top of the steering column

Cycle your power door locks with your remote fob. If you don't have one,
push the "hidden" button under the driver's side dash.
