I find that debris can appear lodged in the perforations of my 2025 Forester seats.
A vacuum can work to remove debris, but not all the time.
Any suggestions for tried-and-true methods that effectively solve this issue without harming the leather or the seat's heating?

I always install good seat covers and forget about all the hassle of maintaining leather seats.
For several reasons, including protection and comfort, I choose CoverKing made to fit neoprene seat covers.
Yes, they are compatible with heated seats but because they are made from neoprene foam, the same nylon coated foam wetsuits are made from, you'll find less of a need for heated seats. You won't roast your backside on hot seats in the summertime either.
They aren't the cheapest and you have to wait a week or two because they're made to order but you get what you pay for.
