Baja vs outback

I have a 2005 Baja non turbo manual , I’m looking for aftermarket parts but there are not much for the Baja specifically. And because the Baja is based of the same platform I was wondering if any out back part like suspension, exhaust, shifters and everything where the same. Is it just the body parts and interior that are different while all the mechanics are the same?
