Another heating question

2010 2.5 no heat
So far
Flushed heater core clean hose water
Burped cooling system
Flushed heater core boiling water
Flushed heater core with radiator flush
Flushed heater core with boiling water
Burped after each flushing and still no heat.
No dirty output from heater core on any flush.
No car overheating
Upper and lower heater hoses HOT.
Both heater hoses cold.
Could something be blocking heated coolant from getting to the heater core. Thermostat stuck open? Clogged heater hoses? Bad water pump?
Any experiences or ideas welcome.

Did you check the head blend door in the HVAC controls? That actuator may be busted and stuck in a closed position.

Checked seems ok. Trying to understand why neither heater hose gets hot.
