21 Outback Touriing Phone Problem they can hear me, but I can't hear them

I have paired by Samsung N950 to my 2021 Outback Touring StarLink system.The system recognizes and displays my phone and phone book on the screen . Incoming or out going calls are displayed and I can initiate or accept calls by tapping the screen icon, however I cannot hear the caller when I answer the call although they can hear me. The only way to get a two way conversation going is to hit the "TRANSFER" to phone icon on the display then I can talk thru the phone, but the call in not hands free.

I have had a customer with this same concern. In her case, the volume was just turned down. They could hear her but she couldnt hear them. Make sure the volume on your phone is turned up as well. I know it sounds dumb but try that and see if that solves your issue.

Was your vehicle updated for the phone recall??

No, but I stopped trying to use the Android apt and the phone is working OK now.
