Last weekend I tried to update my software on my 2022 Outback for the infotainment system. I was unsuccessful in ever getting the system to recognize the files on the usb drive when trying to perform the update in the dealer console. I believe I was doing everything correctly based on what I read on the forum here. Would anyone here have a procedure for performing the update, perhaps with any requirements that I possibly may not be aware of that could be causing my issue? (usb drive capacity, etc) Thanks.
