We traded in our 2017 Outback for a new 2025 Outback (last one on the lot) and are trying to get used to all the new bells and whistles. My wife drives the car more than me so I get all the updates from her when she comes back from her trips. She told me today that she has been having a problem with the gas pedal's placement in that it's further away from her. It's not that I doubted her but I couldn't believe they would change something like that. Anyway I drove the car on a substantial trip and danged if my foot (toe) kept slipping off the throttle! I had to move the seat forward to and uncomfortable position to duplicate the "old" position on the 2017 model. Does anyone know if this drive-by-wire throttle has been moved to a different location??
