Recently my car has started stumbling when the A/C turns off. The RPM's go to almost zero, the oil light flickers, then the motor recovers to normal idle. When the A/C clutch engages and A/C comes on, the idle actually goes up a bit.
Has anyone experienced this? It seems like whatever is controlling the idle is dropping it too low when the A/C clutch disengages.
Note this only happens when in gear and stopped.
Recently I changed the spark plugs and replaced the air filter and cabin air filter. The car runs great other than this new issue.
