2010 Impreza 2.5i misfire problem that I can't find the problem

Hi i recently got my self and impreza 2.5i and i have a hard time finding my issue, it as a misfire on cylinder 1 3 and 4 but the check engine light does not stay on i also changed coil spark and spark wire, injectors catalitic converter 02 sensor alternator battery ground cable battery connector mass air flow i checked the timing and its good and i also cleaned the throtle i dont know were to put my head anymore and i really need help i need it fast im going to have a little baby and i want to have a car that doesnt run like a camed V8

Test the compression, make sure timing between the crank and cams is correct.
Check for an internal / external vacuum leak and sticking EGR valve.
Replace the PCV valve

Is the suppose to be a check engine light that comes on when you unplug the EGR valve ??

I changed the PCV valve as well and didnt change anything yet

and i have no vacuum leaks

Measure vacuum at one of the intake ports.
Disconnecting the EGR does set a fault. A stuck open EGR will create a vacuum leak.
A brake booster can also create a vacuum leak.
