2010 Subaru Impreza Coupe

This is the boy-racer Impreza we all know and love. Subaru has announced it will produce a coupe version of its Impreza hatchback by 2010. Didja catch the part about a RWD version?

A RWD Subaru?!?!? Sacrilege; gotta be a typo. ;-)

Somehow to me Subaru doesn't mean AWD exclusively,
perhaps because I remember their FWD cars all too well.

If this car also had a rear mounted engine it would probably
have a feel of a mini Porsche 911. I think a RWD boxer
performance car is an excellent way for Subaru to diversify.

For a good price I'd buy one right away!
