2007 tribeca clunking after several things replaced

Replaced control arms, rack and pinion, tie rods, cv joints and axles. Still softly clunks over bumps or when I go from a stop to acceleration, or slight curve around corner. Could this be the sway bar link? I youtubed some videos of the sounds and its making the same sound as those informational videos. Also had an alignment done last night after rack replacement and my steering wheel is turned at 3 o'clock when going straight as well as the stability control dash light is one now
