Ok, when you see this stretch Subaru Tribeca limousine are yo
scratching your head? It was built by Ernie Bosch, a powerful Bosto
area dealer that apparently has a penchant for long limousines. Befor
this he built a stretch Subaru Forester, which happened to be th
catalyst for what you see above
The story is Ernie was in Japan for a meeting with executives at Fuj
Heavy Industries, to whom he showed them his stretched Forester an
then pitched his plan for an elongated Tribeca. They loved the ide
and got the Tribeca's engineers involved, who then shipped plans fo
stretching the Trib's chassis to engineers at Subaru's plant i
Indiana. The limo was then built right on the same assembly line a
normal Tribecas. The interior, however, had to be done by a custo
coachbuilder
Apparently both the Forester limo, which we've heard has been sold t
another dealer, and the Tribeca limo, are seen frequently around Ne
England.
Now maybe you want your own - so you can drive real slow PIMPIN i
your Tribeca Lim
