2002 subaru wrx cutting out

2002 Subaru Impreza wrx 5spd CEL pulls P0031 P1446. Does have catless exhaust, CAI, Just got the car I am new to them. was told it has bigger turbo does have after market fuel system. Did not come with any form of tuner though. But it will run and idle fine you can rev it to the moon and back but take off down the road and get anywhere near more then 1/4 throttle and it’s cutting out like hell. Can let off the throttle and barely touch it and it will roll fine. What could my issue be?
