Window issue

The main window controls are not working for my passenger door.
The passenger side control works going down but when I pull it up it only goes up an inch at a time.
I’ve tried resetting it in the second key position but I didn’t fix either controls. Any tips / advice on how to fix this?

I have the same issue on a 2015. When I figure it out I'll let you know

Had this on my '20. Took it to dealer. They replaced something (motor?) in the door. Its been a while so I don't remember exactly what they replaced it under warranty. No issues since then.
