Will a 2018 legacy body kit and tail lights fit on a 2018 Impreza?

I’m looking to modify my 2018 Impreza Limited sedan, but have been having trouble finding parts that fit. I’ve been wondering if legacy parts will fit. The tail lights seem about if not the same.
