Does my 2018 Legacy 2.5i Limited have Starling or not?

We bought a 2018 Legacy Limited for my son's 16th Birthday and we want to subscribe to the Starling Safety program.

I tried to subscribe but when I enter my information it states "Unfortunately, this vehicle does not support STARLINK® Remote
Services. STARLINK® brings multimedia, navigation and added safety to Subaru vehicles".

If my vehicle does not have this capability then why is there an SOS button?

Any assistance would be appreciated.
