Unknown ?clamp/brace off 2004 Subaru Impreza wrx 2.0L turbo

Hi,
I'm doing some engine work on my Subaru and this clamp fell off from a location on the passenger side of the engine compartment. I've looked on car schematics and such and can't identify its original location and purpose. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Pictures attached.

After some careful examination, it turned out that this item was 1/2 of a clamp that holds the 2 power steering lines together and attaches them to the shield over the passenger side fuel rail. I found the other 1/2 of the clamp had fallen and snagged up below the back of the valve cover.
