Bad hose-clamps

Inspected the engine on my "new" 97 Legacy Outback today and noticed that
many of the hose clamps were very rusty and some nearly missing because of
rust.

I have noe water leak. Just wondered if any of these hoses contains oil or
is it just water? Would be good to know how urgent the replacement of these
clamps are.....

Its the 2.5 litre engine.

AFAIK, they're all water. Summer's coming... if it were my car, I'd
spring for new hoses AND new clamps not knowing the history of what's
currently in the car. Could be originals, in which case prudence says
replace soon.
