The car's bluetooth switch will not stay on

I have paired android phone and car. When I turn car off and return the pairing is not recognized. The Bluetooth switch on phone is on but the car bluetooth switch is not.

Go to Manage Devices on your Bluetooth Screen. Touch the star outline next to the device you want to connect. The star will turn yellow indicating that the device is now a favorite. It should now auto connect when the ignition is in the acc or run setting.

I’ve had the same problem with my android auto wireless Bluetooth dongle. Sometimes it will take up to 3 minutes sometimes seconds, if I unlock my phone while it’s parring it seems to pair quicker…
