Shudder in steering wheel under load

I have a minor shudder in my steering wheel under load. I have replaced tyres, cv joints done, bushes renewed, new spark plugs, brakes done. It drives smoothly but when I accelerate that is when I feel the vibration in the steering wheel.

Wheel bearing torque? Wheel alignment? Engine and transmission mounts?

Had wheel alignment done when new tyres done, besides that, why only under load. If it was wheel alignment it would be constant. Engine mounts ok. Wheel bearing torque, not sure about that.
