I have a 2006 baja with remote start....the instructions in the manual are
not real clear...they say dont touch the clutch....to start.....apply the
brake, then set emergency brake the put shifter into neutral......the shut
off key in ignition.....vehicle will continue to run until the last door
shuts for 3 seconds.....how do I keep the vehicle running if it is not in
neutral already before putting the brakes on? in the night mode...for cold
weather forcasts....I dont really think the Baja is starting every 3
hours.....I had a real bad experience today......is there anyway to know if
your vehicle starts?

Hi,
If it starts the lights will be on. If car is not in neutral, it won't
atart. Once it starts get in the car and insert ign. key and turn it to
run(just before start).

I know if it starts if I am watching it.....I am not sure if it starts while
I sleep as I am not watching it......in the morning a couple of times I go
to start it and the signal lights just blink 3 or 4 times and it does not
start....
