i have joined this forum today.
i'm having trouble getting an issue resolved.
i purchased a subaru impreza premium hatch, brand new in may 2018.
one thing with the infotainment system irritates me.
i have downloaded music albums [wma, mp3] onto a usb stick and have been using it in the vehicle.
the infotainment system plays each track in alphabetical order despite the tracks being listed, firstly by track number and then in album order [not alphabetical].
subaru australia were contacted and this is their response ...
"In relation to your inquiry, it is mostly likely due to how the tracks have been saved on the USB. Most USB's save track names in alphabetical order. Unfortunately, there is no setting on the infotainment unit to change how it reads the order, it needs to be done when saving the tracks on the USB (add a number in front or at the end of each track you would like in order)"
not helpful.
has anyone else experienced this problem and, if it was able to be resolved, then, please, how did you do it!!
