Power steering issue

I replaced the rack with a refurbished one and a refurbished power steering pump. Also did tie rod ends l, sway bar links, control arms with ball joints. Now it's really hard to steer

Forgot to mention I did have an alignment done right after doing all that work

I must have bled it 200 times. Back and forth. I shine a flash light on the side of the reservoir looking for bubbles. I kept going back and forth then checked for more air bubbles. I don't see any now. The pump is on warranty. I'm getting one tomorrow and going to try that

All fixed. The pump was bad
