Under performing fuel injectors
Exhaust gas leaks
Incorrect fuel pressure or fuel flow
Incorrect Mass Air Flow (MAF) values
Incorrect Positive Crankcase Ventilation (PCV) or hose connection
EGR valve leaking or stuck in open position

A MAF (Mass Air Flow) value of 0.01 lb/s is not correct.
Even more difficult is offering NO identification of Year, Make, Model and engine type (Engine code).
