Left side blinkers are faulty

Hey there,

First time on this forum so I’ll try to be most detailed. But 2 months ago my left side blinkers and only my left side blinkers no longer work properly, they will like “flash” but not. So they will just blink very fast and not bright at all as the right side. The right side blinks though work perfectly fine, I’ve checked the wires at the bulbs where they seemed fine, the relay works fine, and the hazards work fine as well. But it’s only the left side that doesn’t work well, I’ve also swapped the bulbs with new ones where they still didn’t change anything. Here’s a video showing the problem
 
Here's a hint: LED circuits require a series resistor to have the circuit recognize the load within the lighting circuit.
That will include a proper ground circuit.
Been there, done that.
