Leak

I think I have some kind of leak coming from the front passenger side. I can see some "smoke" sometimes (not heavy) coming from it & there is some kind of smell. When it last went in for an oil change they said they could not see anything. I know this is a difficult question but does anyone have any ideas?

I have not been able to figure out what it is, I do not think its oil though. However I have another subject that I need to pick everyones brains on. I had to replace the passenger side drivers mirror (which is electrically adjustable) . I had real trouble getting to the screws that held the old one on. I could not get the door panel off which made it difficult. I dissconected a small push on connector that slotted into the "cover plate" on the inside of the door (this does not actually connect to anything as far as I can tell. The other connector (a bigger one) is different on the new mirror so i am unable to wire it up currently. I do not know if its related but none of my windows will work. Is the all linked to the mirror not being connected? Could it be just a fuse? Ideas please
