A quick question about sequencial turbos on a legacy GTB wagon

If I put a small bleed valve on the line from the primary turbo to the waste
gate to bleed off a tiny bit of the pressure, will this help to create a
smoother transistion from the primary to the secondary turbo.

alternitively:, i see there are two lines going into the waste gate
diaphragm of the secondary turbo, does one of these prevent the secondary
turbo from spooling up untill after the primary one is done?

I understand the concept of knocking from overboost, and would concider
getting a pressure guage before starting to tweek.

I would appreciate any inputs or suggestions regarding this

Thanks

Ryan
