Keyless entry for Forester

hi group.
Have a 2001 Sub forester. It has power locks, how would I go about getting
a keyless entry for it. Would it require some type of servo hooked up to
drivers power lock?..
Any help would be apreciated..

Did you buy the car new or used? AFAIK the keyless entry should have
been standard, perhaps you already have it but just need the remotes.
The other possibility is that it was an option, in that case you
should be able to buy the kit from Subaru and install it, the
keyless/alarm upgrades are designed for easy plug-in installation.

got the car used...i believe on this vehicle it was originally an option.
