Start by checking the gas cap is on tight. The sensor in there has been known to light up numerous dash board lights. If that doesn't do it, some auto parts stores can run a quick free diagnostic check with their scanners, and you can go from there. Or go straight to your Subaru specialist or dealer for them to run the diagnostic.
I had the same problem 5 years ago - 2017 Legacy 2.5. Tech fixed it under warrantee, told me it was a problem with the computer - I think he said incorrect "buss" codes, but I'm not sure.
When the check engine light comes on, you always get a flashing brake light and flashing cruise control light. Your traction control will be turned off and the cruise control will not work. I guess the flashing brake light is just to get your attention. Turning off CC and TC is for safety reasons.
Most of your codes are history codes, no longer an issue. The current codes look like they are related to your eyesight system. It may need to be calibrated, especially if you just replaced the windshield, added a tint strip or got a rock chip. But it could be as simple as just needing the windshield cleaned.
