Hands free hatch

My hands free hatch opening feature has stopped working on 2020 model. When I put my hand in front of the emblem, it just gives a long beep and no longer opens.

Open the hatch manually. Once its fully open, press and hold the button on the hatch to close it. It will beep to reset memory height. Close it and try the sensor again. If that doesnt work, something is stopping it from opening via sensor. Is there any damage to the rear?
