Hey all,
I am new to this forum and to Subaru repair but pretty seasoned with cars in general. I am looking for good price ranges to pay for the center differential. I have had low speed clunking, 1st gear clunking and now a whine relative to the speed of the car that is incredibly loud. What would you say is a good price to pay for one of these Diffs? I am seeing prices all over the place. 300-800$ and Subaru sells it for something like 2200$ when I called a dealer and asked.
This is all for my 2003 Subaru Impreza Outback Sport.
