Frozen heated seat control, climate control. Clicking near blower

Problem started a couple months ago with the blower motor randomly losing some power. Would go to 100% to 50% mostly when turning corners. I changed out some relays and fuses but nothing changed. Now the problem is the HVAC control and heated seats won't work. They are illuminated but do not activate the A/C or heated seats. I press a button and no settings change. Sometimes while driving it will allow me to briefly make changes to the settings and the fan will turn on but last momentarily and will return to the previous settings. Any ideas what could be wrong. Bad control module?
