Fog lights

Hi,
I have a 2000 Outback and one of my fog lights has burned out.. How do
I get at the bulb to replace it - Do I go from the front and remove the
screws visible after removing the plastic grill or do I get at it from
behind (remove the mud guard) ?

My '99 gets access from behind. You have to do some disassembly.
