coolant conditioner

Does anyone have the coolant conditioner part number for the recall
WWP99? My Forester got in a wreck and the radiator got tosted. Now
there is a new radiator, but the old one had the recall info and part
number on it. I just need to get some of that stuff to dump into the
radiator.

Thanks,

James

Since it's a Subaru part, wouldn't the dealership selling you (or your
shop) the bottle know what it is? <G>

I am pretty sure it has a subaru part number though. I remember a
decal on my radiator noting something about a subie part number.

I have bought it from my Subaru dealer. IT HAS A SUBARU PART NUMBER.
The container is small and contains 125 Ml of the conditioner. I
tossed my bottle out last week so no part number-sorry. Contact Jamie
at www.subaruGenuineparts.com and order some.

Right!

Wouldn't ANYONE who sells it know what it is, even if you didn't know
the number, 'cause they're ALL Subaru dealers?

Does anyone besides a Subaru dealer actually sell the stuff to meet a
Subaru recall? <G>

In other words, if you walked in to ANY Subaru dealer, and asked for
coolant conditioner, would you need the part number?

When the recall occurred for wife's Impreza 2.5 TS I bought one bottle
extra just in case for a few $ - it is "Cooling System Conditioner" and
part no. is SOA635071. It is 4.4 fl. oz. (125 ml) bottle.

Whenever I call the dealer parts counter for ANYTHING they ask for the VIN.
They aren't required to think, just lookup numbers on a screen.

Thank you alf as you had the answer or this thread would have gone on
for weeks or more. I suppose we could have just called the dealer and
ask a question like " Do you have the Subaru recommended cooling
system conditioner?"
