Cold Engine/High Idle

Does your engine idle at about 1800 rpm when cold started? Mine does. It lasts about 5 minutes or until the oil temp hits about 90-93F, then the idle goes down to 'normal,' about 650-725 rpm. Is this normal? I have a 2021 Legacy Limited with less than 8000 miles (eight thousand).
