Need some forum help. Looking at 30K mileage 2024 Ford 4WD Edge SEL. It's in great general appearance shape, and seems to ride well, and is available at very reasonable price. Our family owns four Subarus, so purchasing this vehicle is a trip off the reservation. Any reader thoughts appreciated. Spouse and I both have around 130K on our OB and Forester, and the Edge would replace the 2004 Forester.

No personal experience. My buddy worked his whole career at Ford and retired recently. He drove some Edges as well as everything else they make. I liked it. Subarus will feel more utilitarian and lower power in exchange for fuel economy, I suspect.
