Anyone have any info on the MY02 Liberty B4's speedo sensor setup?

Looking to install a VDO cruise kit, but am unable to find the detailed
spec on the speedo. Looking for Pulses/km or (speedo ratio and sensor
impulses/km), and whether the signal's sine or square-waved.

Ta.
