Am I Missing a Floor Cover?

My 2015 Legacy was in a few fender benders before I took ownership. It's had fender liners rip off and other cosmetic headaches. Other than that, it's been a great car.

When I look down through the engine bay I can see the ground. Is there supposed to be some kind of cover? And if so, what is this part called? Thank you.
