Adaptive cruise control issue

Hey guys. So for the past couple weeks I’ve had a problem where my adaptive cruise control won’t stay on after I turn my car off. I don’t know what settings I had but it use to stay on just not active to a specific speed after I turn my car off and on. Now I have to physically turn it back on each time I turn my car on. It started after my car play/ Bluetooth wouldn’t connect to my phone. It said I need to disconnect my phone and reconnect it. Well it completely crashed essentially and I had to do a factory data reset to connect it back (the phone) since then the ACC had not been staying on. Anyone have an idea what is happening or am I just silly and I’m missing a setting? I have a 2024 Subaru rs with starlink active id that makes a difference.

Mine doesn't stay on either and it has always been that way. Have to turn it on every time I drive the car.
