2109 & 2135 codes

Just bought a 2006 Legacy excellent condition for its age. It has just had new heads and head gaskets installed by previous owner. Looks like new throttle body also. It has a 2109 and 2135 code does anybody have an idea what the problem might be. I’ve search the web and can’t really get an idea what maybe wrong. What do I need to replace?

And how did you access the 4 digit codes? Is the letter "P" missing?

P2109 - Related to the ability of the PCM to move the throttle blade/throttle motor. Closely inspect connector B21 to E2 for backed out, oxidized, stretched or bent pins.
