Time to change spark plugs! Any suggestions?

If it is time? Brand? Type? Should you do it yourself?

What type/ brand works well? Don’t want to spend 21.00 each if I don’t have to! I will be changing them myself. Thanks

I'm partial to NGK, whichever specific plag Subaru recommends. Stay away from crappy Champion, etc. plugs. They're normally pregapped, but it is worth checking before you install them. $21 stucnks...but if they're long life plugs, you get it all back in labor. My older models are 30k intervals.
