2017 Outback 3.6R Touring - stalls when gas in gear

Anyone had similar experience with their Outback? My 2017 3.6R stalls when in drive or in reverse when I step on the gas peddle to accelerate. It starts and idles fine when in park and in gear. The RPM goes up fine when I step on the gas peddle while in park. The Trouble Codes are P0171 & P0300. I have replaced the MAF, coils, sparkplugs, oxygen sensors and the throttle body. The intake manifold seems fine. I'm thinking of replacing the crankshaft positioning sensor next.
