2016 Outback

Hello all! I bought car with two keys. One of them won't work. I replaced battery like shown below https://replacekeyfob.com/2016-subaru-outback but nothing happens. The diode works, but car won't start.



Local dealer says that have no idea what is wrong. Is somebody have some suggestions what to do?

Today I visit dealer in other city. They offered to change key with great price. The problem closed.
