1994 Legacy GT - Injector Pulse Issue

Hi all!

I have a 1994 Legacy GT (JDM) here in the States that's having an injector pulse issue after having the engine pulled for some work.

Have heard that it could be a wiring issue or it could be an ECU issue. Thinking it is likely the former but don't know and would love to hear what someone else has seen or heard regarding this.

The best and most accurate solution is measuring Amperage and Voltage (a 20:1 attenuator is required for Voltage) between the ECM and injector with an oscilloscope. A wiring schematic will help to work with a multi-meter to measure the wiring from the ECM to the injector harness.
Example:
Yellow is crank position signal and green is injector voltage with 20:1 attenuator.
