What could be wrong?

Looking to buy a 2010 Outback 2.5i for my daughter but the one I am looking at has a lot of codes (in pics). What could be causing all of these? Thank you for any and all help.

P0420 Catalyst System Efficiency (emissions)
C0057 ECM Control System
C0231 ECM Failure
C0264 VCD Communication System
C0242 Power Supply Voltage Failure

4 TPMS faults likely a TPMS battery(s) or low tire pressures
B1101 Battery Power Supply Malfunction
B1102 Battery Power Supply Backup
B1103 Ignition Power Failure
B1104 ACC Power Failure

In any case, theses are the recordings of the vehicle in its condition at the moment.
The battery should be tested and or replaced.
The charging system should be tested and or repaired.
Then delete all faults and road test to see what faults return.
The new scan will tell a different story.
Faults in the ABS, Engine, Transmission or VDC (Vehicle Dynamic Control) will set in more than one network controller.
If the dealer / seller was smart enough, ensure there is a good battery and operating charging system and try a road test with a new network scan.
Using Key Words and search "Subaru Outback fault codes" with the 5 digit code offers a hint, not a cure.
