So as most of you already know, the basic Legacy only comes with one darn USB port. I really need two, but unfortunately when I use a regular USB splitter, Android Auto doesn't work because they don't know how to tell the difference between pulling data from one device (for AA) and just charging for other devices. I found a splitter on Amazon that I'm tempted to buy that has a USB-C end that goes into the USB port of the car, then two USB-C female ports at the end, one that specifically says is for "Lightning Charging" and the other for "Data." I'm wondering if anyone has tried something like this and had it work. I'm so frustrated over this already that in 2025 a car manufacturer would only put one USB port into a car unless you get the Premium model. I mean, that isn't exactly a luxury item. They could have left the AUX port out and added a second USB-C port. I know there are ways to add a second USB port with wiring, but I'm not that tech savvy and I don't want to start messing around with the power console.
