Subaru Impreza Heating and air conditioning plastic panel melting

Hi I am new. I am having trouble with our SUbaru Impreza 2012. The heating and air is not working again it is the same issue the plastic panel is being melted the wires are getting really hot. I am filing a complaint with highway traffic safety admin because SUbaru wont help with this. Does anyone else have this issue. I have seen many people complaining about the same thing. Can you please contact me
