Seatbelt tab

Our niece has to keep a backseat seat belt plugged in, lest she carry something on the back seat and have the seatbelt chime going off. She has a '26 Forester.
Is there an easy source for a seatbelt tab, that she could leave plugged in? Or is a junkyard the best option?
